Brett Ferini is a fifth-generation farmer for Rancho Laguna Farms in the Santa Maria Valley of California. Brett & his family farm strawberries, caneberries, lettuce, broccoli, & cauliflower. They farm a total of 2,000 acres, & about 430 of those acres are strawberries--both conventional & organic. Brett is a talented young grower with a lot of experience using organic practices in his conventional farming systems to improve production year-over-year.

Seth Little is Product Manager for Fertilizers & Adjuvants at Pro Farm Group. He is a 12th-generation American farmer, & a fifth-generation Purdue graduate. Raised on a large cattle & irrigated row crop farm in Northwest Indiana, Seth has over two decades of experience helping growers as a seasoned  agronomist. Seth has served as a retail, production, & technical agronomist for Growmark, Cargill, Pioneer, & DuPont Crop Protection. After the Dow/DuPont merger, Seth farmed full-time & sold Pioneer Seed with his uncle before taking on an R&D & technical sales role in granular & powder crop protection chemicals & biologicals. Seth offers expertise and insight for both conventional & organic farming operations.

Jon Collison, PCA & CCA, brings over three decades of agronomic experience to his role at Pro Farm Group. Jon is from a fourth-generation family farm & has devoted his career to agriculture. Jon has held various diverse roles over the years including Farming (Family Farm & J.G. Boswell Co.), Consulting & Agronomy Retail (Servi-Tech, Inc., Farmland Industries & Helena), Regional Sales Manager & Almond Crop Manager (Yara North America), & Technical Sales Manager (Alltech & Valagro) before joining ProFarm in the summer of 2024 as the Central California Coast Territory Sales Manager. Jon has a BS in Agronomy from Iowa State University & has been a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) & California Ag Pest Control Advisor (PCA) for the past 23 years.
