Seth Little is Product Manager for Fertilizers & Adjuvants at Pro Farm Group. He is a 12th-generation American farmer, & a fifth-generation Purdue graduate. Raised on a large cattle & irrigated row crop farm in Northwest Indiana, Seth has over two decades of experience helping growers as a seasoned agronomist. Seth has served as a retail, production, & technical agronomist for Growmark, Cargill, Pioneer, & DuPont Crop Protection. After the Dow/DuPont merger, Seth farmed full-time & sold Pioneer Seed with his uncle before taking on an R&D & technical sales role in granular & powder crop protection chemicals & biologicals. Seth offers expertise and insight for both conventional & organic farming operations.
Liz Henry, PhD enjoys the complexity of plant – microbe interactions, & over the course of her career has worked in both Plant Pathology & Biostimulant sectors. Liz’s PhD work focused on molecular plant - microbe interactions of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato in tomato & Arabidopsis. Liz spent 2 years for her postdoc at Bayer CropScience working on beneficial Bacillus interactions in corn & soy & another academic postdoc at UC Davis working on Citrus Greening control technologies. In 2021, Liz joined Pro Farm Group where she now leads the Microbiology & Plant Pathology Department.
Doug McDowell is the ProFarm Territory Sales Manager for the San Joaquin Valley. Doug has worked in the post-harvest fresh fruit and vegetable preservation industry for more than 25 years in Research and Development, Technical Service and Sales roles. Doug is a licensed Pest Control Advisor and Qualified Applicator with the state of California. He is also knowledgeable in Food Safety having received training in HAACP and FSMA. Doug brings a unique ability to not only understand how to use an integrated pest management approach in the field but he can also asses and recommend proper treatments combining decay control, sanitation, and food safety in post-harvest fruit and vegetable processing facilities. Doug has a B.A. and M.A. in Biology from California State University, Fresno.
